Aleesha Young established herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the second half of 2010s. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in the family of sports. Her father was a bodybuilding competitor and her brothers were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha was also active in sports such as basketball, softball and soccer. She began bodybuilding when she turned 15 years old. Aleesha obtained her professional license following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing in the 9th place race. Then she fought to secure a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. Aleesha improved and she was able to achieve her first professional win when she won Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. The 4th position was her highest performance. However, the "World's strong mother" had to take a break due to her health.
